We here at Brave Or Invincible simply cannot get enough of Tiny Cinema (also known by his “weekend name” of Darren Jilks). In fact, we love him so much we decided to start a label just to release his record!
If you’re a fan of understated, acoustic pop that is drenched in melody and harmony then we think you just might love him too.
Drawing comparisons to Bon Iver, Elliot Smith and Wheat, ‘Designs’ is as sparse in it’s instrumentation as it is rich in emotion. It is simultaniously meloncholy and uplifting, and just might be your new favourite record.
